TalentLMS allows you to use the free subscription plan for as long as you need it. With the free plan, you can allow up to 5 users to access your portal and offer up to 10 active courses.
To transition to the free plan:
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as an Administrator and go to Subscription (1).
2. Select Subscription options (2).
3. Scroll down to Other options and select Switch to free (3).
If this option is grayed out, hover over to see what actions you need to perform.
You may:
- Deactivate additional user profiles. Here is how.
- Deactivate additional courses. Here is how.
- Deactivate your branches from the branch info page
- Enable TalentLMS Branding. Here is how.
- Enable TalentLMS communications. Here is how.
4. Select Switch to free (4) to switch to the free plan.
| Note: Portals on the free plan are deleted automatically after 6 months of inactivity. If you would like to avoid this, you will receive two warning emails prior to deletion, prompting you to log in. |
