TalentLMS lets you use your portal as Administrator, Instructor, and Learner to create courses, edit their content, and test them live for optimizing the learner experience.
When you’re assigned a course as an instructor, you can see a Go to course content (1) button on the course info page. That button is a shortcut to the course content page, where you can edit the course units.
If you cannot see the Go to course content button, then either that course isn’t assigned to you, or you’re using your portal as a learner instead of an instructor.
|Note: All instructors can see the Go to course content button on the info page of their assigned courses.|
To fix that:
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as Administrator and go to Home > Courses.
2. Click the course you want to update and go to the Users (2) tab.
Now you have two options:
- If you’re not enrolled in that course, click the add symbol (3) in the Operations column to enroll yourself. As the administrator, you’re automatically registered as an instructor. That means you can now see the Go to course content button on the course info page.
- If you’re already enrolled in that course, but you’re registered as a learner, click the Learner label in the Role column and switch to Instructor (4).
