When you start your subscription to TalentLMS, you add your billing address. TalentLMS lets you update this at any time.
Here’s how to modify your billing address in a few steps:
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as Administrator and go to Home > Account & Settings.
2. Go to the Subscription tab and click Billing history and other options (1).
3. On the Billing history and other options page you can see your billing address, if already on file. To add or edit your billing address click on Update your billing address (2).
4. From the dropdown menu select the country (3) you are based and type your address (4). If you are based in the USA, select your state (5) as well. You also have the option to add a company name or tax ID, as described here.
5. Click Update (6) to save your changes. A confirmation email will be sent to the account owner informing that the billing address has been successfully updated.
