TalentLMS Support is available to all administrators. We use a ticketing system and all conversations happen over email. Our support is available between 5 a.m. and 10 p.m. UTC, Monday to Friday.
To sign up to our support system, go to our Help Center: help.talentlms.com
Click Sign in (1). If you already have an account, enter your details to log in. To create an account, click Sign up (2).
After signing up, you will receive an email to verify your account and create a password so that you can easily sign in to TalentLMS Support.
If you've already communicated with our support team through email at a previous time, you're already registered in our system. But you most likely don’t have a password yet.
In this case, you can request a new password by clicking Get a password (3). You will be redirected to set up a new password (4) for help.talentlms.com
When signed in, you can see your support requests, edit your profile and change your password.
Through the option My requests (5) you can find all support requests (6) you have submitted to our support, review their status, reply by using the Add to conversation field (7),or create a follow up even on closed tickets (8).
|Note: Please keep in mind that the Sign up to our ticketing system will allow you to view and follow the progress of your support requests, submitted to TalentLMS support, not your TalentLMS portal dashboard and courses. In the same context, your login credentials for your TalentLMS user profile won’t allow you to access the help.talentlms.com support portal.|
