Improvements

• Changes in custom reports and courses included in learner progress output:  Custom reports have been significantly improved. You can visit this article for some examples on the learning progress output.
• Infographics:
  • Now you can select a reference period about your custom infographics, so you can limit the results of the infographics to a certain period, as described here.
  • The algorithm for calculating Savings has been updated.
• SCORM reports can now be filtered by group or branch.
• Usability improvements while creating units:
  • The header of the editing area remains always visible while adding or editing.
  • The buttons on the header of the editing area are visually improved.
• Gamification: Three new sets of badges are available.
• Conferences/Webinars:
  • You can now massively assign or unassign the members of a group to a conference. Find out how in this article.
  • The limit on the participants that can join a conference/webinar using our integrated tool is now increased to 40 (including the instructor).
  • The capacity of available slots for conferences/webinars is now tripled.
• Automations: The automation “Z hours after course X assignment, assign courses(Y)” will not be triggered if the user is immediately removed from the course.
• Notifications: A notification on the event “X hours after user signup and the user has not signed in” is now available.
• Discussions:
  • You can now see the most active discussions on a Week, Month, Year,  or All-time basis.
  • Discussions are now visually improved.
• Branch reports: Until now, you could only see the number of users that have been added to a branch. Now you also see the user limit that is applied to the branch.
• SCORM units: The SCORM completion button on popup view is optimized to have the same width as the unit completion button.
• YouTube video units: The daily limit for YouTube API calls has been increased.

Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where users without permission to create units could not complete the Zoom integration process.
• Fixed an issue where files from available courses were appearing in search results.
• Fixed an issue with the password reset link.
• Fixed an issue where SCORM units could not be accessed by the users.
