New Features

• CUSTOM INFOGRAPHICS: You can build your own custom infographics by combining any of the available system data and selecting your data source and visual output. It's an exciting new feature that lets you create impressive visual reports on all types of portal activity.
• CAPTURE VIDEO & AUDIO DIRECTLY FROM YOUR BROWSER: You can create new content by capturing video or audio without the use of a third-party application, just your browser and a webcam (see this article). Additionally, your learners can submit their assignments in captured video or audio format as described in this article.
• NEW COURSE SCORE-CALCULATING RULES: Up to now, the course score was the average of a learner's scores in all the course tests and assignments they had passed. Now you can select which tests and assignments take part in the score-calculating algorithm (see this article). Also, the learners' Progress pages include their course scores to double as a compact gradebook.
• BADGES: You can choose from two additional sets of badges to spice up your gamification visuals. Also, you can now change the default badge set at branch level.
• CUSTOMIZE CORE SYSTEM EMAILS: You have the option to customize the default system notifications (i.e., triggered by password reset, scheduled reports, etc.) as explained in this article.

Improvements

• TIMELINE: We've added new events & made further improvements:

• Added Reset test/assignment/SCORM attempt.
• Added Created/Updated/Deleted notification.
• Added Created/Updated/Deleted automation.
• Added Created/Updated/Deleted custom report.
• Improved how the "course completion" event is displayed in the Timeline. Now both the "imported" or "manually set" completion time and the completion method ("imported" or "manually") are displayed.
• The "lockout" event is now displayed in the timeline. Also, it triggers an email notification to the Account Owner and the SuperAdmins.
• The Timeline now displays the user related to a "course update" event.

• SUBMITTING A SUPPORT TICKET VIA BRANCH: SuperAdmins that log in to a branch as branch admins can now submit a support ticket through that branch.
• TEST REPORTS: We've made improvements to the test reports to let you export larger files effectively.
• TEST SEARCH RESULTS: The test search results now include tags.
• CLONING A TEST OR SURVEY UNIT: When cloning a test or survey from another course, you now have the option to "Clone questions as well" by checking the respective checkbox. That lets you create local versions of the test/survey questions.
• CUSTOM REPORTS: The unique certification identifier can now be included in your custom reports. That lets you retrieve users that have been awarded a specific certification.
• MASS EXCLUDE USERS FROM EMAILS: You can exclude multiple users from system emails at once by using the Import function as described in this article.
• CERTIFICATES: 

• Non-latin characters are now supported in variables.
• The instructor username now follows the user format.

• ASSIGNMENTS: The "pending" status label is now displayed on small screens.
• USER REPORTS: We've added gamification data to the user reports.
• VIDEOS: Full-screen mode is now supported for Wistia videos.
• IMPORT: The Import feature is now more intuitive thanks to the following improvements:

• Cheatsheet: A "Use this example" button has been added to each cheatsheet example. Click it to transfer the example code into the Import Description text area.
• User: An "Import user" button that takes you to the Import/Export page is added next to the "Add user" button on the Users page.
• The "concrete example" section has been updated.
• The course "code" attribute is now included in the cheatsheet for updating courses that have the same course name.
• We've added line numbers to the Import Description text area.
