TalentLMS

New features

An option to mass complete a course for multiple users has been added.
An option to mass update the expiration date for users on a course has been added.
A CPD certificate has been added to all English TalentLibrary courses.
An option to mass assign certificates to courses has been added.
A button has been added for Administrators to unlock a user’s account if they have exceeded the incorrect password limit.
An option to integrate with Zendesk chat has been added. Read more about this here.
Learning activity analysis has been implemented for instructors.

Improvements

Support for more fonts has been introduced to the certificate creation tool, read more about this here.
Password security has been improved.

Fixed an issue where formatting was carried over into the course title and description with copied text.
Fixed an issue with an unresponsive ‘Join’ button for ILT sessions when using the Safari browser.
Fixed an issue with the character limit in custom reports when using the ‘Send message’ feature.
Fixed an issue with the delete user-type button.
Fixed an issue where the branch tab appeared in a group’s info page for instructor users.

Improvements

Stripe checkout has now been added so users are taken to Stripe to complete the purchase rather than in a modal in the LMS.

Fixed an issue where a new user was asked to set a new password twice.
Fixed an issue with activating an inactive user in a branch that has reached it’s user limit.
Fixed an issue where a question tag could not be deleted.
Fixed an issue with grandfathered plans that attempt to edit branches when above their limit.
