TalentLMS

New features

TalentLMS API V2
The new and improved version of our REST API is more powerful and reliable. With additions such as pagination and batch actions, it’s sure to make integrating your other tools with TalentLMS a breeze. Read more about this here.
HubSpot course syncing
A new addition to our HubSpot integration to sync course events to HubSpot. You can now sync course enrollment, completion, and removal events to HubSpot Contact profiles to keep track of progress and even use Segments in HubSpot to run campaigns related to TalentLMS training. BambooHR
Three new additions/improvements to the TalentLMS BambooHR integration.
- Recompletion of training is now synced to BambooHR. If a user completes a recurring training in TalentLMS, a new completed training record will be synced to BambooHR for each occurrence of the completion.
- Sync only users with a work email. This optional setting will allow you to sync only BambooHR users to TalentLMS when they have a Work email. This means that when this option is enabled, users who have a Home email value only will not be synced to TalentLMS.
- Import users’ pictures from BambooHR to TalentLMS. Another optional setting that will pull your BambooHR user profile pictures into the TalentLMS user profiles.
TalentCraft:
- Interactive Video: Instructors can now use TalentCraft with their own videos to add questions at specific timestamps. AI does the heavy lifting by automatically generating questions, while instructors stay in control with easy refinements.
- Completion Rules: TalentCraft units can now be set to complete after a defined time period, similar to standard units. This gives admins more control and helps ensure content is truly consumed, not skipped.

Improvements

Integrations on branches
You can now copy an integration configuration from the main portal into a branch in one click.
Custom reports on branches
You can now create custom reports from inside a branch, which helps you build informative reports with branch-only data.
Learning paths
An option to share learning paths across branches has been added.

Bug fixes

Fixed an issue where an option to switch between branches was available for non-branch users.
Fixed an issue where a white background was applied to transparent background course images.
Fixed an issue when converting SCORM units to the new interface, where a min-height caused the frame to appear smaller in the legacy interface.
Fixed a keyboard trap issue with the xAPI, API, and OpenSesame integration refresh key modals.
Fixed an issue where the unit headers disappeared when increasing the count beyond 80 records in the unit matrix.
Fixed an issue where deleting an ILT session did not delete the respective conference.
Fixed an issue when accessing ILT sessions via the Grading Hub.
Fixed an issue where focus was lost when adding a call-to-action URL.
Fixed an issue where <summary> and <details> HTML tags in test units were not displayed correctly.
Fixed an issue where the Gamification leaderboard did not load.
Fixed an issue where the “Create your password” URL redirected you to the login page before creating a password.
Fixed an issue with learning paths caused by problematic answer data.
Fixed a date discrepancy issue in the activity widget affected by device time zone settings.
Fixed an issue where searching for a course via course code was not possible in the messaging feature.
Fixed an issue where text and media were not saved on the first attempt to submit a custom homepage.
Fixed an issue with the manager ILT drawer defaulting to the first session.
Fixed an issue with the randomized questions option when the portal language was set to Hebrew.
