If necessary, TalentLMS lets you change a user’s total gamification points manually.

Here’s how in a few steps:

1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as Administrator and go to Home > Reports > Users (1).

2. Go to the Progress (2) tab, point to the total points display box (3) and click it.

3. On the Points leaderboard dialog box that pops up, click the edit symbol (4) next to the user’s total points.

4. Type the new total and click the confirm symbol (5) to save your changes.

5. Click on the X icon (6) to return to the user’s overview. 

Refresh the page to check if your new total is displayed.
