TalentLMS lets you add instructor-led training units (ILTs) (classroom-based and webinars) to courses, giving you another way to offer your users great learning experiences.
In this article, you’ll learn how to download two different ILT reports:
A. How to download a report summarizing the results of all ILT units
B. How to download individual reports for individual ILT units.
Α. How to download a report summarizing the results of all ILT units
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as Administrator.
2. Go to Reports > ILT Reports (1).
3. Click Save as CSV (2) at the bottom of the page.
You’ll get a CSV file with:
- Name of all ILT units
- Status of each ILT unit (active/inactive)
- Name of the course each ILT unit belongs to
- Number of users registered to the ILT session
- Number of users who passed the ILT session
- The average grade of each ILT session
Β. How to download a report for individual ILT units
You can download these reports as an Administrator or as an Instructor.
As Administrator
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as Administrator, go to Reports > ILT Reports and open the ILT unit you’d like a report on (1).
2. Click Export in Excel (2) to download the report on your device. You also have the option to filter the ILT users by sessions and by Branches/Groups (3).
The CSV file includes information about:
The users assigned to the session(s) of the ILT:
-First Name
-Last Name
-Email
-Grade Date
-Status
-Grade
-Comments
Details of the ILT unit:
-Session name
-Multi-session name
-Instructor of each session
-Date
-Duration
-Capacity
-Type
-Location (if it was a classroom-type session)
As Instructor
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as Instructor.
2. Go to the page of the course you have created your ILT unit in.
3. Hover over the name of the ILT unit. From the choices that appear, click edit (1).
3. Click Export in Excel (2) which is available on both calendar (3) and list (4) view.
The CSV file includes information about:
