TalentLMS lets you add Instructor-led training units (ILTs) to your courses, for sessions held virtually or in person—offering users an engaging learning experience.
You can download two types of reports for ILTs:
Α. A report summarizing all ILT units
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as an Administrator or Instructor.
2. Go to Reports (1) > Learning activities (2).
3. Use the Filter (3) to display only ILT units.
4. Click Save as CSV (4) to download the report.
The CSV file includes:
- Name of each ILT unit
- Type (ILT)
- Course name
- Unit status (active/inactive)
- Number of users who completed the unit
- Number of users in progress
- Number of users who haven’t started the unit
- Average score of each ILT session
Β. Α report for an individual ILT unit
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as an Administrator or Instructor.
2. Go to Reports (1) > Learning activities (2).
3. Click on the ILT unit (3) you want to report on.
4. Click Export in Excel (4) to download the report.
Note: Use the Filter (5) to show data for a specific session, branch, or group. |
The file will include information about the following:
- Session name
- Multi-session name (if applicable)
- Instructor name
- Date and duration of the session
- Session capacity
- Type (webinar or classroom ILT)
- Location
- Registered users' names and email addresses
- Grading date
- Grading status (Pending, Passed, Not Passed)
- Grade
- Instructor comments
Note: Custom user fields marked as visible in reports will also appear in the file. |
