• Smart search on system options: The generic search field can now be used to quickly find options/functionalities. 
• Specification of recipients for notifications by email addresses: Now you can specify custom emails which you want a notification to be sent to, following these steps.
• SCORM reports to show attempts in progress: Until now, only passed or failed attempts were shown in the SCORM reports. Now, you'll be able to see attempts that are still in progress. 
• Course completion rate for a group or branch: Now you can see the course completion rate for a group or a branch through the respective reports, as described in this article.
• History of all assignment retries: The system will now be listing past submissions along with the new attempt. You can find more information here.
• Choose a specific date as certificate expiration: Until now, you could only set a duration for certifications. You can now set a specific date, following these instructions.
• Make portal inaccessible to robots: Until now, search engines could crawl and index the external pages of your portal. Now, this can be avoided. You can find out how in this article.
• Clone feature for custom reports: It will save time when you need to create many similar reports with many rules, as you won't have to do it one by one. Check this article for more information.
• "On course X completion, call URL Z" for all courses: You can easily specify the automation "On course X completion, call URL Z" to be triggered for all courses.
• Preview Certificate template when adding/editing a course: The Certificate template can now be previewed from within the course info page. 
• Create categories on the spot: Categories can now be created from within the course info page when editing or adding a new course.
• Improved the login process: Users can log in either by username or email.  

Improvements

• UI/UX improvements: This release includes several UI/UX improvements. 
• Test completion screen will show in more detail what answer was wrong in a “fill in the gap” question.
• Small improvements on the instructor course dashboard page. 
• A course assignment notification is now sent even when the system automatically reassigns the course upon certification expiration.
• The character limit for GIFT/AIKEN question imports is now 40.000 characters. 
• Added more options on the menu that you see when you use a mobile browser.

• Performance improvements: 
• Improved the cycle time on cron jobs that handle scheduled (X hours before/after) notifications. The accuracy of scheduled notifications has been improved significantly.
• One dedicated server for API requests. This means that the service users will no longer be affected by massive API bursts, so better user experience should be attained. 
• Increased application logs. 

• Changes on custom reports and courses included in learner progress output:  
• "Have completed a course within a period of time" restricts the output to courses that users have completed within a set period of time.
• "Got a certification within a period of time" restricts the output to courses users have received a certification for within the set period of time.
• "Have completed the course" or "Have a certification for course" will output the progress only in the specified courses.
• The training progress export (through the Reports section) will no longer include the instructors.
• Added placeholder on course assignment notifications: {related_user_login} placeholder was added to course assignment notifications.
• Small changes for new portals and branches:  
• "External catalog" will be disabled by default on new portals.
• "Disallow members of this branch to login from main domain URL" will be enabled by default on new branches.
• Disabled autofill on multiple inputs. This will prevent browsers from auto-filling fields. 
• Hidden links and text from the instructor and learner dashboard on mobile browser view. 
• Change on the “Assignment” & “ILT” icons when grade for submissions/participations is pending. Now there's one icon badge with the sum of assignments and ILTs to be graded.

Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where the notification "X hours before an ILT session starts" was being sent to users that have been removed from the course.
• Fixed an issue where SCORM modules were not responsive on pop-up viewing on a mobile browser.
• Fixed an issue where video and audio units that are longer than 1 hour were freezing.
• Fixed an issue where the video sample units could not be viewed on Google Chrome.
• Fixed an issue where certifications could not be previewed when the user's username contained @.
