New Features

Added the AI Playground, a new AI-powered learning space where learners can interact with an AI assistant to explore topics, ask questions, and deepen their understanding of learning material (available on eligible plans). Read more about this here.
Introduced Group Supervisor (MVP), a new permission set that gives designated users oversight of specific groups, enabling them to access group reports within their assigned scope and message group members without needing full admin access. Read more about this here.
Added a new Workday (Beta) integration for syncing users from Workday into TalentLMS, including dynamic mapping of Workday user fields to TalentLMS custom fields. Read more about this here.
Extended the Skills feature with branch-based functionality: skills can now be assigned to branches, are visible and manageable only within permitted branches, and support branch-aware permissions, filtering, and mass actions. Read more about this here.

Improvements

Added the ability to create Learning Paths via import (Learning Paths v4), making it faster to set up structured learning journeys at scale.
Enhanced the BambooHR integration with a new field-mapping option so BambooHR fields can be mapped to TalentLMS branches, allowing users from BambooHR to be automatically synced into the corresponding branch. Read more about this here.
Improved the TalentLMS Public API v2: introduced a downloadable OpenAPI specification as the canonical contract for the API, and enhanced the batch upsert users endpoint (POST /api/v2/batch/users) to support updating custom user fields and status.
Improved Google Tag Manager support: the GTM script is now available on the portal homepage for logged-out users, enabling full user journey tracking and login-page customization.

Fixed an issue where a course could not be removed from a branch if the related Learning Path had been deleted from the branch.
Fixed an issue where the Certificate Preview could fail to load on certain portals.
Fixed an issue where the Save button remained greyed out in Video unit options when “Synchronize timer with video” was enabled.
Fixed an issue where an extra leading space was displayed in the headings of linked content units.
Fixed an issue where admins and instructors could not search courses via the top search bar.
Fixed an issue where no error message appeared when a mandatory custom field was left blank on signup.
Fixed an issue where the default course image did not appear in the Course Catalog.
