TalentLMS connects with TalentCards, allowing you to sync users from your TalentLMS portal to TalentCards and give them access to mobile-first training content.

Once the connection is enabled, eligible TalentLMS users are created or updated in TalentCards automatically.

How to connect your portals

To connect TalentLMS with TalentCards, you need:

• A paid TalentLMS plan, Core or higher
• A paid TalentCards plan, Standard or higher
• Account Owner or Administrator access in TalentLMS
• Account Owner access in TalentCards

Step 1: Copy the connection token from TalentCards

First, copy the TalentLMS connection token from your TalentCards portal. To copy the token:

1. Sign in to TalentCards as the Account Owner.
2. Open the navigation sidebar (1).
3. Go to System settings (2).

4. Select Connect portals (3).
5. Expand TalentLMS (4).
6. Copy the connection token (5).

Step 2: Activate the integration in TalentLMS

After copying the token from TalentCards, add it to TalentLMS. To activate the integration:

1. Sign in to TalentLMS as an Administrator.
2. Go to Account & Settings > Integrations (1).
3. Select TalentCards (2).

4. Enable the integration.
5. Paste the TalentCards connection token (3).

6. Choose which TalentLMS users to sync (4).

• All users: It syncs all TalentLMS users to TalentCards.
• Selected users: It syncs only selected users by filtering through custom user fields.

7. Select the TalentCards group (5) where users should be added.
8. Click Save (6).

The first sync starts immediately after you save the integration.
