When you can't sign in to your account because you've forgotten your password, TalentLMS lets you reset it by using your username or email address as an identifier.
Here's how to reset your password when you:
A. Sign in through the default TalentLMS log-in page
1. Click Forgot your password? (1) above the Password field.
2. On the Reset password page, type your username or email in the respective field (2) and click Send.
3. An email with further instructions is automatically sent to you. Follow them to set a new password and access your account.
| Note: For security reasons, the password reset link will remain active for 20 minutes and then it will expire. |
B. Sign in through a custom homepage
1. Click the Forgot your password? (1) link.
2. On the Reset password page, type your username or email in the respective field (2) and click Send.
3. An email with further instructions is automatically sent to you. Follow them to set a new password and access your account.
