To help your users resolve any issues with using your portal, TalentLMS lets you access user accounts as an administrator.
To log in as another user, you have two options:
A. From the Users page
B. From the User’s profile
Note: This option is not available when logging in via SSO (Single Sign-on). |
A. From the Users page
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as Administrator and go to Home > Users (1).
2. Pick a user whose account you want to access and click the sign-in symbol (2) in the Options column.
B. From the user’s profile
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as Administrator and go to Home > Users (1).
2. Go to the page of the user whose account you want to access.
3. Click More… (2) and, from the drop-down list, choose Log into account (3).
In both cases, you’re taken to the user’s account (1) where you can see what the user sees after signing in to your portal. You can switch back to your admin account anytime by clicking the return symbol (2) on the top bar.
Note: For transparency reasons, all admin activity while logged into a user’s account is reported in the timeline and each event is shown as performed by the user (not the admin). |
