TalentLMS lets you either share a single file with a specific user or add a hidden file to their profile for administrative reference.
Here’s how to attach a file to a user profile in a few steps:
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as an Administrator and go to Users (1).
2. Select a user to open their profile page and go to the Files (2) tab.
3. Click Upload files (3).
If a file already exists, the Upload files (3) button is located elsewhere.
4. To upload files from your local drive, either click Select files to upload (4) or drag and drop them directly.
5. To upload files from external sources, click Upload from an external URL (5).
Note: If you hover over the Select files to upload area, you can see the list of accepted files and their file size limitations. |
6. Once you have uploaded a file, you can share it with the user by toggling the Shared (6) switch. Hovering over uploaded files allows you to preview, download, edit, or delete them (7).
You cannot preview Microsoft Office files. If you choose to Delete a file, a pop-up will ask you to confirm deletion.
