TalentLMS lets you use your preferred alternatives for words or phrases across your portal and according to your needs.
Here's how to override the default vocabulary:
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as an Administrator and go to Home > Account & Settings > Users (1).
2. Scroll down to the User defaults section, find Language overrides, and click the arrow (2) to the right.
3. In the Overrides drawer, click Add override (3).
4. In the Original (4) text area, type the word or phrase you want to override.
5. In the Overridden (5) text area, type the word or phrase you want to use instead.
6. Click Save (6) to save your changes.
Your website is automatically updated, and the "original" word or phrase is replaced across your portal (7). The total number of overrides used will be listed next to Language overrides under User defaults (8).
Note: Overrides do not work for the mobile app, but the changes will show up when using a mobile browser. |
