TalentLMS lets you prevent registrations on your main domain or any of your branches for users with email accounts associated with specific domains. For example, if you only want your users to register to TalentLMS using their work email, you can prevent registration from all other accounts.
To configure registration restrictions:
First, sign in to your TalentLMS account as an Administrator.
A. For your main domain
1. Go to Account & Settings (1) and click the Security (2) tab.
2. Under the “Access Restrictions” section, click the arrow button (3) next to the Restrict registration to specific domains option.
3. A drawer will open at the right-hand side of the screen. Enable the feature by toggling the Enabled (4) switch.
4. In the field that appears below the toggle, add the list of domains you wish to reject all registrations from, separating each domain with a comma. Use the ~ symbol in front of each domain (e.g., ~domain.com, ~example.com).
5. Click Back (5) to confirm your changes.
6. Under Account & Settings, click Save (6) to save your changes.
B. On a single branch
