TalentLMS allows you to prevent users from logging in to your portal from multiple devices at the same time. When this option is enabled, a user would be logged out of the oldest session upon logging in anew e.g. on a different device.
Here’s how:
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as an Administrator and go to Home > Account & Settings (1) > Security (2) tab.
2. Scroll down to the Access Restrictions (3) section.
3. Toggle the switch to Disallow multiple logins from the same user (4).
4. Click Save (5) to confirm your settings.
| Note: Preventing users from logging into the same account from different browsers is not possible when Single Sign-On (SSO) is configured. |
