TalentLMS lets you keep track of your billing history and download all your subscription invoices directly from your account. You can also add more recipients for your invoices.
Here's how:
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as an Administrator and go to Subscription (1).
2. Select Subscription options (2).
Note: Here, you can see your current plan, next billing date, and upcoming invoice (3). |
3. Scroll down to the Invoices section and select Invoices (4) to see a list of your previous invoices and their status (i.e., Paid or Unpaid).
Note: By default, the account owner will receive the invoice via email upon publication. From this section, click Select recipients if you wish to add more recipients for your invoices. Click here to read more. |
4. You can view and download (5) each of the available invoices.
Note: You have the option to download the W9 (6) document. |
