When you start your TalentLMS subscription, you’ll need to add your billing address. TalentLMS lets you update it at any time.
Here is how:
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as an Administrator and go to Subscription (1).
2. Select Subscription options (2).
3. Go to Billing address to add or modify (3) your existing address.
4. On the Billing address drawer, you’ll see the option to:
- Select the country (4)
- Type your Address, City, and Zip or Postal code (5)
Note: If you are based in the United States, you need to select the State as well. |
- Add more info (6) and provide your company name and Tax ID
Note: If you add a company name, it is shown instead of the account owner’s name on your subscription invoices. Likewise, if you add a Tax ID number, it will appear under the country. |
5. Click Update (7) to save your changes.
