If you don’t want your TalentLMS subscription to renew automatically at the end of your current billing cycle, you need to cancel the subscription.
| Note: You can manage your subscription only from the new TalentLMS interface. If you are still using the legacy interface, go to Home > Account & Settings > Subscription and select Go to the new interface to cancel your subscription. |
To cancel your TalentLMS subscription:
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as an Administrator and go to Subscription (1).
2. Select Subscription options (2).

3. Scroll down to the Other options section, and click Cancel subscription (3).
4. You will be presented with 3 options:
- Contact support
- Change to free plan
- Cancel subscription
Click Cancel subscription (4).

5. A cancellation survey (5) will show up. Take a few minutes to complete the survey and help us improve our product and our support services.

6. Once you've filled in the survey, click Cancel subscription (6) to submit your answers and complete the cancellation process.
You will see the confirmation pop-up (7).
| Note: If you cancel your subscription before the expiration date, the subscription will remain active until that date, at which point it will be canceled and not renewed. Once the subscription is ultimately canceled, only Administrators will be able to log in and reactivate this account. For more information, please see this article. |
Restarting auto-renewal before the cancellation
Once scheduled, the upcoming cancellation date will appear at the top of your Subscription options page.
To keep your subscription active and prevent this pending cancellation, select Click here to avoid cancellation (1).
| Note: If you switch to a different plan while your current subscription is set to be canceled, the scheduled cancellation will be automatically voided. |
