To cancel your TalentLMS subscription:
1. Login to your portal as an Administrator and go to Subscription (1).
2. Select Subscription options (2).
3. Scroll down to Other options and select Cancel subscription (3).
4. You will be presented with 2 alternatives:
- Change to free plan
- Cancel subscription
Select Cancel subscription (4)

5. Now take a short survey and Tell us why you are leaving (5). It will take only a few minutes and will help us improve our product and support. To submit your answers and proceed, select Cancel subscription (6) and you will see the confirmation pop-up.
Note: If you cancel your subscription before the expiration date, the subscription will remain active until that date, at which point it will be canceled and not renewed. Afterward, only Administrators will be able to log in and reactivate this account. For more information, please see this article. |
7. The subscription cancellation date (7) is now visible on your Subscription options screen, and you have the option to revert to the previous subscription status (8).
Note: If you decide to choose a different plan while your subscription is set to be canceled, then the cancellation will not take effect. |

To remove TalentLibrary™ only from your subscription:
You can choose not to include TalentLibrary™ in your plan anymore without canceling your entire subscription with TalentLMS.
Here is how:
1. Login to your portal as an Administrator and select Subscription (1).
2. Locate Your current plan (2) and uncheck TalentLibrary (3).
3. Now click Select plan (4) and confirm the Purchase (5).
