TalentLMS allows you to start with a free plan and use its features, without having to upgrade to a paid plan. The Free plan allows for indefinite use of up to 5 active users and 10 active courses and some basic features. If you want to take advantage of higher user limits and added features, you need to subscribe to one of our paid plans.
| Note: All plans are available with monthly or annual payments, with the exception of Enterprise plans, which can only be billed annually. |
- Core plan: Up to 100 Active users can access your portal, and you have all the basic features to get started with your training program.
- Grow plan: Up to 500 Active users can access your portal, and you have everything available in the Core plan along with the Grow plan features.
- Pro plan: Up to 1000 Active users can access your portal. Alternatively, a Flexible user limit can be enabled (read more below). You get everything available in the Grow plan, along with the Pro plan features.
- Enterprise plans: These are custom plans, for more than 1000 Active users. Alternatively, Flexible user limits can be enabled, just like with the Pro plan. Please reach out to us to get your quote.
TalentLibrary™
All paid plan combinations let you add our TalentLibrary collection to your subscription and enrich your course catalog with ready-made courses from our continuously expanding collection.
Select TalentLibrary (1) on your subscription page. Depending on your plan and user tier, you’ll see the cost of the add-on and your total subscription cost.

Flexible user limit
Our Pro and Enterprise plans come with an optional Flexible user limit add-on, which can be used to allow for an unlimited number of users on your portal.
- In standard plans i.e. when the flexible user limit is not enabled, only users marked as Active count toward your user limit. Inactive users don’t occupy a seat.
- For plans with a flexible user limit, seats are based on actual logins during a monthly cycle, regardless of user status.
The final subscription cost depends on the number of unique users that accessed your portal at least once in the last month, from the starting date of your billing cycle.
If this number is within the limits of your chosen plan, there are no extra costs. If it's higher, you're charged accordingly on your next bill.
To activate a flexible user limit for your Pro or Enterprise plan, select Flexible user limit (2) on your subscription page. Depending on your user tier, you’ll see the cost of the add-on, and your total subscription cost.
Example:
- If you're subscribed to the Pro plan for up to 200 users with the Flexible user limit add-on, and started the subscription on July 1st: the system will check the number of unique logins (unique users) who logged in between July 1st and August 1st.
- Under the Subscription menu, your Usage summary (1) will show: Number of Active users/200, Number of unique logins.
- If the number of unique logins is 200 or less, no extra charges will occur.
- If the number of unique logins is more than 200, then there is an additional charge per additional user.
