Every new user is assigned the default user type on sign-up. To further customize your branches, TalentLMS lets you change the default user type at the branch level.
Here’s how to set the default user type for a branch:
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as an Administrator and go to Branches (1).
2. Select the branch you wish to update and go to its Info (2) tab.
3. Scroll down to the “Users” section, and from the Default user type dropdown list (3), choose the default user type you wish to apply to your branch.
4. Click Save (4) to save your settings.
