If necessary, TalentLMS lets you set a maximum number of users that can register to a specific branch.
Here’s how to set a maximum number of branch members in a few steps:
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as Administrator, go to Home > Branches (1), open the page of the branch you want to update and click on the Info tab (2).
2. Scroll down to the "Users" section and click the Disabled button next to the Restrict registration option (3).
3. A drawer will open on the right-hand side of the screen. Toggle the switch to Enabled and type your preferred number of maximum users in the respective field (4).
4. Click Back to save your settings.
| Note: Existing branch members whose user profiles are set as “Inactive” don't count towards the user registration limit of that branch. |
