If your PayPal gateway is not processing user payments correctly, the issue is related either to your PayPal configuration in TalentLMS or your PayPal account settings.
Common scenarios and how to fix them

Incorrect PayPal email address: If the PayPal email address configured in the TalentLMS payment processor (1) settings does not match your PayPal account’s primary email address, payments will not be processed correctly.
Solution: Sign in to your TalentLMS account as an Administrator and go to Account & Settings > Integrations, select the PayPal tile, enter your correct PayPal email address, and click Save.

PayPal seller preferences not configured correctly: If your PayPal seller preferences are not properly set, TalentLMS may not receive payment notifications.
Solution: You will need to check your PayPal seller preferences and ensure the correct Notification URL is configured. To do so, follow the guidelines in this article under the Configure your PayPal seller preferences section (2).
