TalentLMS lets you track all Learner and customer course purchases.
You can see if users have subscribed to your portal monthly or annually, paid for individual courses, and redeemed coupons offered as part of your marketing strategy or as a performance reward.
Your portal allows you to see:
- Users who have subscribed monthly or yearly
- Users who have paid for individual courses
- Users who have redeemed courses (offered as part of your marketing strategy or as a performance reward)
- All payments
To track your payments:
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as an Administrator and go to Home > Reports > Timeline (1).
2. Select User payment (2) in the Events drop-down to see all transactions. If a payment was made using a coupon, you’ll also see the used coupon code (3).
3. To download the report, click the download symbol at the bottom of the page. A CSV file will be saved on your device (4).
Issued invoices
TalentLMS allows you to issue invoices to users who purchase courses, but you will need to activate this feature under Account & Settings > E-commerce > Invoices (1) first. Once activated, you will be able to view and download all the invoices issued to users from Account & Settings > E-commerce > Issued invoices (2).
