If you're already using TalentLMS's gamification features to create a more engaging learning experience for your users, you can track individual progress through our dedicated gamification section. This is available in the form of an Achievements widget for each user, under their User report.

To see a user’s gamification stats, follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to your portal as an Administrator and go to Reports > Users (1) to access User reports.

2. Click on a user’s name (2) to open their User report. 

3. Scroll down and move to the Achievements (3) widget at the bottom right of the screen to review this user’s gamification stats. 

• Under the Overview tab, you can see the user’s points, badges, level, courses, and certificates. 
• Click the Certificates tab to see a list of the user’s certificates, with a download option for each certificate.
• Go to the Badges tab to see the user’s badges.

4. While in the Overview tab, click the Leaderboard (4) button, which is located at the top right corner of the widget, to see how the user is doing compared to other users.

In the Leaderboard, you can see the user’s position compared to the rest, in terms of their Points, Levels, Badges, Completed Courses, and Certificates (5).
