If there’s no “Sign up” option displayed on the log-in page of your portal (1), it’s because you’ve reached the maximum number of active users allowed by your subscription plan.

If you haven’t reached your active user limit yet, and there’s no “Sign up” option displayed on the log-in page of one of your branches, then you must have set a limit to the users that can join that branch. In that case, the system prevents anyone from registering, by removing the "Sign option" from the branch url as well.
