To keep track of your users’ performance throughout their training, TalentLMS lets you and your instructors follow their progress in each of their courses.
Here’s how to track a user’s course progress:
A. As an Administrator
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as Administrator and go to Home > Reports.
2. On the right-hand panel, click Course Reports and choose your preferred course (1).
3. Go to the Users tab.
For users that haven’t yet completed the course, you can see their completion percentages on the Progress column.
4. Click the completion percentage of the user whose course progress you want to track. On the dialog box that pops up, you can see the user’s progress unit by unit.
B. As an Instructor
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as Instructor and go to the page of your preferred course.
2. On the right-hand panel, click Reports (1).
3. Go to the Users (2) tab.
For users that haven’t yet completed the course, you can see their completion percentages on the Progress (3) column.
4. Click the completion percentage of the user whose course progress you want to track (4). On the dialog box that pops up, you can see the user’s progress unit by unit.
C. As a Learner
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as Learner.
2. On the right-hand panel, click Progress (1).
3. Go to the Courses tab.
For each course, you can see your completion percentage on the Progress column.
