TalentLMS allows Administrators, Instructors, and Learners to track user progress throughout their training.
Here’s how each role can check course progress:
A. As an Administrator or Instructor
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account and go to Home > Reports > Courses (1).
2. Select the course you want and click the Users tab (2).
3. Click Change units' progress (3) next to the user whose progress you want to review.
4. In the drawer that opens, you’ll see the user’s progress for each unit (4).
If a user hasn’t completed the course, the Progress column shows their completion percentage. For a detailed breakdown, click Change units’ progress.
B. As a Learner
1. Sign in as a Learner, hover over your name, and click My Progress (1).
2. Go to the Courses (2) section.
3. Under Progress status (3), you can see your completion percentage or status for each course.
If the option is available, click Score calculation (1) to view which units contribute to your course score.
