TalentLMS lets you offer various discount coupons to Learners and customers as an additional marketing tool or a potential performance reward.
To set up your coupons:
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as an Administrator and go to Account & Settings > E-commerce (1).
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the button next to Coupons (2).
3. Here, you can view all of your existing coupons and edit them or create new coupons. Click Add coupon (3) to create a new coupon.
4. An Add coupon drawer will open on the right side of your screen. Fill in the following fields:

- The coupon code (1).
- The time frame that your new coupon will be valid for (2). After the specified period, the coupon will be marked as Expired and will no longer be valid.
- The discount amount (3). Make sure to specify the currency (4) as well. The default option is set to USD.
Note: Alternatively to specifying a fixed discount amount, click the Switch to percentage discount button (5) and type a percentage. This way, the discount amount will be calculated based on the price of the purchase that the coupon is used for. |

- In the Redemptions field (6), type the number of times this coupon can be used.
- Use the Valid for fields (7) to specify which individual courses, groups of courses, and/or categories of courses your new coupon can be redeemed for. Leave these fields blank, and the coupon will be valid for all courses.
Note: When specifying courses, groups, and categories, you can only choose from those that have been assigned a price. If there aren’t any, the respective drop-down list will remain blank. |
