In TalentLMS, you can choose what learners see first when they log in. There are two options:

• Standard dashboard (default) – Displays widgets such as Recent Course Activity, Today, Leaderboard, Don’t Miss!, Achievements, My Courses, and Quick Stats for an overview of progress and updates.
• Simple dashboard – Redirects learners directly to their My Courses page instead of the standard dashboard.

To enable the simple Learner's dashboard:

1. Sign in your TalentLMS portal as an Administrator, then go to Account & Settings (1) > Users (2).

2. In the User Defaults section, toggle the switch (3) next to Simple Learner's dashboard.

3. Click Save (4) to apply the changes.

Now, learners will see their assigned courses immediately upon login, providing a streamlined and distraction-free experience.
