TalentLMS allows for effective user management by using several different methods to manually create your user profiles:

• Adding users one by one: Enter user details individually.
• Importing data: Add multiple users via Import.
• Connecting to SSO providers: Integrate with Single Sign-On for streamlined access.
• Integrating with HRIS systems: Sync with HR systems.

To ensure that new users can only be created manually:

1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as an Administrator and go to Account & Settings (1), then click on Users (2).

2. From the drop-down menu, choose Manually (from Admin) (3) as the sign-up method.

3. Click Save (4) to apply your settings.

Next, on your portal’s main dashboard, navigate to Users > Add user (1) to start adding users individually, or click the arrow to import users (2) and add multiple users to your portal simultaneously.

To integrate your TalentLMS portal with your SSO provider:

1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as an Administrator and go to Account & Settings.

2. Navigate to the Users tab. Near the bottom of the page and under the “Login settings” section, choose the SSO standard (1) you wish to use from the SSO integration type drop-down menu, and click Save to apply the changes.

To integrate TalentLMS with your HRIS system:

• If your HRIS system is TalentHR, you can use the native TalentLMS and TalentHR integration. Follow these steps to establish the connection between the two systems.
• If your HRIS system is BambooHR, you can use the native TalentLMS and BambooHR integration. Follow these steps to establish the connection between the two systems.
• If your HRIS system is Sage People, you need to sync with an FTP server. To do this, refer to this article.
• If you are using a different HRIS system, you need to utilize the API of the TalentLMS portal. Learn more about working with the API in this article.
