With TalentCraft, you can enrich your content by embedding external pages using iFrame. This is useful when you want to display a webpage, tool, or resource directly inside a TalentCraft unit, keeping your Learners focused without having to navigate away.
Here's how to do it:
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as an Administrator or Instructor, and either create a new course or edit an existing one.
Note: To edit the content of an existing course, you must be assigned to it as an Instructor.
2. On the course page, click + Add (1), and choose TalentCraft (2).
Note: Alternatively, edit an existing TalentCraft unit.
3. In the TalentCraft editor, click the iFrame (3) icon in the toolbar at the bottom.
4. The Wikipedia page will show up, pre-populating the iFrame. Click Change iFrame (4) to embed a different page.
5. Paste the URL you want to embed into the iFrame (5) field.
6. Click the Enter (6) icon to load the page. The webpage will be embedded into your unit.
Note: Some websites may restrict embedding in an iFrame for security reasons. If the page doesn’t load, check whether the site allows embedding.
7. (Optional) If there are multiple content blocks comprising your TalentCraft unit, rearrange them (7) as needed.
8. Once you're done, click the three-dot icon next to the unit name and choose Publish unit (8) to make it available in your course.
And that’s it! Your Learners can now access external resources directly within a TalentCraft unit, without leaving the course environment.
