TalentLMS lets you communicate with your portal’s users quickly and efficiently through its native messaging feature.
| Note: Messaging is only available to TalentLMS portals on paid plans. |
Here's how:
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account, and click the Messages (1) icon in the top right-hand corner.
2. Click New Message (2).
3. Click the Send to (3) field to choose recipients for your message from the drop-down list.

5. In the Message (5) text area, type your message.
7. Click Send (7).

How can a Learner communicate with a course’s Instructors
As a Learner is taking a course and while going through the course material, they might have questions or suggestions. TalentLMS gives a quick option to send a message to the course Instructors without leaving the course:
1. While taking the course, a Learner should click on the Message your instructor (1) button.
2. They have to give the message a Subject (2).
3. They also have to add the text (3) and format it using the toolbar Options (4).
| Note: There is a standard footer added, with information about the course and unit, so that the Instructor can quickly identify the course they’re being asked of. |
4. Once done, they should click on Send (6) and a confirmation message will appear at the top left of the Learner screen.
