When you can't sign in to your account because you've forgotten your password, TalentLMS lets you reset it with an email, using your TalentLMS username or email address as an identifier.
Here's how to reset your password:
1. Go to the landing page of your TalentLMS portal and click Forgot your password? above the Login button (1).
Note: If your portal uses a custom homepage, you’ll first need to click Login (2) from the toolbar for the login screen to appear. |
2. On the Reset password page, type your username or email in the respective field (3) and click the Send me instructions button.
3. An email with further instructions and a password reset link is automatically sent to you. Follow the instructions and click the link in the email to set a new, strong password and access your account.
A strong password is required to be at least 8 characters long, and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number.
Note: For security reasons, the password reset link in the email will remain active for 20 minutes before expiring. |
