If you have already connected a Stripe account to your TalentLMS portal to use as a payment gateway you can disconnect or change it anytime you need.
Note: If your account has Stripe platform controls enabled, you may not be able to complete the below process. In that case, reach out to our support team for assistance. |
Here’s how:
1. Sign in to your Stripe account.
2. Navigate to Settings (1).
3. On the Business settings > Team and Security section, click on Authorized applications (2).
4. Locate your TalentLMS app and click the Revoke access button to disconnect your Stripe account from your portal.
Note: Please keep in mind, that active subscriptions on your portal will be cancelled, as soon as you disconnect your current Stripe account. |
If you want to connect another Stripe account to TalentLMS, then sign in to your new Stripe account and:
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as Administrator and go to Home > Account & Settings.
2. Go to the E-commerce tab and, from the respective drop-down list, choose Stripe.
3. Click Connect with Stripe.
Note: If you haven’t already signed in to your Stripe account, click Sign in with Stripe to connect. |
