If needed, TalentLMS lets you reset a user’s progress in a single course.
Note: This action removes all progress data for the selected course and cannot be undone. |
To reset a user’s course progress:
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as an Administrator or Instructor. Go to Courses (1) and click the name of the course you want to update.
2. In the Users tab, find the learner and click Reset (2) across from their name.
Note: This option is only available to Administrators with permission to update users and Instructors with permission to reset user progress. To adjust these settings, refer to the article. |
3. In the Reset progress dialog box, click Reset (3) again to confirm.
