TalentLMS lets you set up a free training portal and if necessary, upgrade to a paid plan later according to your requirements.
To select a plan that fits your needs, follow these steps:
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as an Administrator and go to Subscription (1).
Note: All SuperAdmins and Administrators with access to the main portal and the Account & Settings > Subscription permission will be able to access this page. |
2. Determine which plan suits your needs (for more on the paid TalentLMS plans, see this article) and select your number of users (2).
3. Choose whether you want to be billed monthly or yearly (3).
Note: Annual rates come with a discount on the respective monthly rates because you’re billed once for a twelve-month cycle. For example, the Grow plan, for 1-20 users, billed monthly, comes at a yearly fee of $1668. The same plan, billed yearly, costs $1308. |
Optional add-ons:
- Do you want access to our ready-made course collection? Check the TalentLibrary™ option (4).
- Do you need a subscription with unlimited registered users? Check the Flexible user limit option (5).
Note: The Flexible user limit option is available on Pro and Enterprise plans only. |
4. Once you've configured your choices, click Select plan.
Note: If you want to select the Core or Grow plan and they are grayed out, a SuperAdmin may need to allow Product communications and enable TalentLMS branding. |

5. A Purchase subscription drawer (6) will open at the right-hand side of the screen. Here you will see:
- The selected plan and billing period (monthly/annual)
- The option to add a discount coupon
Note: If you have a discount coupon, click Add a coupon, then Enter your coupon and click Apply. |
- The option to add your credit card number and details (Expiration date, CVC), as well as your billing address. If you already have a card saved from a previous purchase, it’ll show up here too.
Note: If you are located in the US, you may be charged with sales tax which is calculated automatically. |
- While adding your card details, you may add more info, i.e., your company name and tax ID.
- To subscribe, click Purchase (7) at the bottom of the page.
Note: All subscriptions purchased through the portal will renew automatically every 1 month or 1 year, depending on the chosen billing cycle. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time (check our Refund Policy). Payments using other methods (wire transfer, check, PayPal) are available only with annual plans, and you can find more information here. |
