TalentLMS introduces the Learning activities report.
It’s a brand-new type of report that combines reports across all courses in one place. It gives you a quick and easy progress overview for multiple users and units simultaneously, on the following unit types: Assignments, ILTs, SCORMs, Surveys and Tests.
To access the Learning activities report, log in to your TalentLMS account as an Administrator, go to Reports (1) and click Learning activities (2).
Here you can find a list of the reported activities along with the type of the activity (e.g., Test), the course they belong to, and a completion-related overview:
- Completions
- Activities that are In Progress
- Activities that are Not Passed
- Activities that are Not Attempted
- Average score
By selecting one of the activities, you will get a more detailed report regarding this activity.
Note: Custom user fields marked as “Visible on reports” also appear in Learning activities reports upon selecting a specific activity report. |
How to navigate the page:
- Filters (3) allow you to narrow down the results by activity Status (Active/Inactive), specific activity Type, Branch or Group. You can filter by Status, Type and Branch or Group, at once.
- The Search (4) feature allows you to search for specific activity or course names.
- By clicking on any of the columns, the list of the reports will be sorted accordingly (e.g., Clicking on the “Completed” column will sort the reports based on the highest/lowest completion numbers).
