With TalentLMS, you can create a fully customized homepage for your learning portal—no coding or third-party tools required.
If you want to keep the default login page but still add custom pages to your homepage, follow these steps:
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS portal as an Administrator and go to Account & Settings > Portal (1).
2. Under the Branding (2) section, locate Custom homepage (3). Click Enabled or Disabled (4), depending on whether you’ve already created a custom homepage.
3. The homepage editor will open. Hover over the top menu and click the Edit (5) button when it appears.
4. In the menu editor that appears, hover over Home (6) and toggle Deactivate (7) to disable the custom homepage as the default landing page. This keeps the standard login screen instead.
5. Click Add menu item (8) to create a new page.
6. In the drawer, fill in the basic information for your new page. Toggle Show after login (9) to make it visible only to users who are logged in.
7. Click Save (10).
8. To customize the new page, locate it in the menu and click its name (11).
9. Use the page editor to add elements from the available options (12).
10. When finished, click the Publish toggle (13) to make the page live.
Now, you’ve added a custom page to your portal without replacing the default login screen.
Users will see your standard login as usual, but once logged in, they’ll be able to access your additional custom pages from the menu.
You can add multiple custom pages this way and fully tailor the logged-in experience while keeping the public-facing login simple.
