Here’s a quick list of the things you can do to white-label your TalentLMS portal, to present it as a seamless part of your brand and tailor its functionality to your needs.
A. Tweak the design and “voice” of your main portal
1. Add your custom logo and favicon.
2. Pick the color of your portal’s UI elements.
3. Customize your homepage and add new pages or links to external URLs.
Find all of the above options under Account & Settings > Portal, below the Branding section.
4. Change the default language of your main portal.
Find this option under Account & Settings > Users, below the User defaults section.
B. Deliver your services through your own domain
1. Use a custom portal domain instead of your talentlms.com URL.
2. Send your notifications from your custom email address.
Find this option under Account & Settings > Portal, below the Identity section.
C. Keep every single user in the loop
1. Create custom notifications tailored to your users’ activity.
Find this option under the Notifications menu.
2. Set up an internal and/or external announcement for your registered and non-registered users.
Find this option under Account & Settings > Portal, below the Announcements section.
D. Control how your content looks
1. Add a custom cover image to each course.
2. Use your preferred font for each content unit.
E. Organize or extend your portal with Branches
Create independent sub-portals (Branches) (i.e., with their separate URL, design, default language, user base, and course catalog).
F. Issue your own custom certificates
1. Customize existing certificate templates or create your own.
2. Add your logo to your certificates.
G. Remove the TalentLMS branding from your portal
The Remove TalentLMS branding feature is available with our Pro and Enterprise plans. The TalentLMS branding and TalentLMS communications are enabled by default.
The feature is two-fold. You can:
1. Disable TalentLMS branding and hide the “Powered by TalentLMS” reference from users in your portal.
2. Exclude Admins and Instructors from receiving TalentLMS communications.

H. Brand your TalentLMS mobile app
A custom Android app is available for Pro Annual and Enterprise subscriptions, at an additional setup and subscription fee.
Add your logo, change your app colors, splash screen, and embedded domain.
