TalentLMS now offers access to EasyLlama’s HR Compliance courses, designed to help US-based organizations meet state and federal training requirements and mandates.
These curated courses are offered as part of a premium content package, available through the Course Store.

What’s included
The EasyLlama compliance bundle provides engaging, legally current training on essential HR compliance topics for US-based organizations. Courses cover topics such as:
- Harassment prevention (Supervisor and Non-Supervisor versions, including remote and state-specific)
- Workplace violence prevention
- Data privacy and protection, including HIPAA and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
- Employment law and workplace fairness, including Employment Law for Supervisors, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and Retaliation Refresher
- Diversity and inclusion compliance, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Reasonable Accommodations
- Ethical conduct training, including Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption
- Workplace safety, including Bystander Intervention, De-escalation Techniques, and Active Shooter Response
The EasyLlama HR Compliance package includes 13 core course titles, offered in 74 localized or role-specific versions. These cover training requirements for U.S. states like California, New York, and Illinois.
How to access EasyLlama courses
To explore the EasyLlama content:
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as an Administrator, and go to the Course Store (1) from the main menu.
2. Click the Compliance (2) tab.
3. Browse the EasyLlama content. These courses appear grouped under their own dedicated page, marked with the EasyLlama logo (3).
If the courses appear locked, it means your plan doesn’t include access yet. Click I’m interested (4) to alert our team.
In the following dialog box, click Confirm interest (5). Once you confirm, our team will be notified, and a representative will reach out to you with more information about HR compliance training.
How EasyLlama content works
- Once the EasyLlama bundle is unlocked, courses can be acquired and assigned to Learners, just like TalentLibrary courses. To review and get available courses, go to Course Store > Compliance and browse EasyLlama’s collection (1).
- Content is SCORM-based, interactive, and designed to meet WCAG 2.1A accessibility standards.
- Learners can zoom, enable subtitles, and control playback speed for greater flexibility.
How licensing works
Access to the EasyLlama courses is provided under a separate subscription, billed via invoice. During this limited rollout phase, the bundle is not available through self-service purchase.
Licenses are consumed when a learner launches a course, not when it’s assigned. This allows you to manage content distribution flexibly while tracking actual usage accurately.
Course usage is tracked through SCORM, ensuring compliance data and learner activity are fully recorded within TalentLMS.
Good to know
- EasyLlama courses are not part of the standard TalentLibrary subscription.
- The bundle is offered as a separate tier.
- Pricing is determined based on your subscription plan and the number of users.
- Renewals align with your existing TalentLMS subscription cycle.
