TalentLMS lets you reset the SCORM suspend data and lesson location (bookmarks) for all users who have already started taking the unit. This is useful when you update the SCORM file, uploading a new one. If you don’t reset the SCORM suspend data, then the users will not be able to see the content and they will be encountering a blank screen. The reason for this is that the new SCORM file has different bookmarks which don’t match the previous ones.
| Note: Resetting bookmarks means that any user who hasn’t completed the unit, will see their progress within the SCORM content reset. Any user who has already completed the unit, will not see their completion status affected. |
Here’s how:
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as Administrator or Instructor and go to Courses (1)
2. Find the course with the SCORM and click on Edit (2)

3. Point to the SCORM unit and click on the 3 dots (3) icon.
4. Click Unit options (4)
5. Click Reset bookmarks (5)
