SCORM, xAPI, and cmi5 objects each have their own completion rules. When a user meets those conditions, the unit is automatically marked as completed. If the content includes a quiz, the user's score is recorded and stored by the LMS.
To generate reports on user activity related to SCORM content:
1. Log in as an Administrator or Instructor and go to Reports > Learning activities (1).
2. Use the filter (2) to display only SCORM units, then select the one you want to review.
Overview
The Overview (1) tab shows a snapshot of user progress on the SCORM unit. Use the filter (2) to display data for a specific group.
- Click Export in Excel (3) to download the report.
- Click the arrow (4) > Schedule (5) to automate report delivery.
You can track:
- Completion rate (6)
- Users completed (7)
- Users in progress (8)
- Users failed (9)
- Users not started (10)
- Total training time (11)
The Unit success rate (12) widget shows the number of attempts, passes, and failures. The Activity (13) widget shows a timeline of attempts and passes. By default, it displays Month (14), but you can choose: Today, Yesterday, Week, Month, or a custom range (up to 2 years).
Users
The Users (1) tab lists all users assigned to the course containing the SCORM unit. You can filter (2) based on:
- User status
- Progress status
- Branch
- Group
For each user:
- Click Complete (3) to manually mark the unit as complete.
- Click View attempt (4) to review the user's attempt.
- Click Reset (5) to clear their progress.
When viewing a user's attempt, you can see:
- The answers (1) they submitted.
- The time spent (2) on each interaction.

SCORM analysis
The SCORM analysis (1) tab shows:
- Each question (2)
- Answer distribution (3) across users

Timeline
The Timeline (1) tab displays reset events (2) for the SCORM unit, including:
- Which Administrator performed the reset
- Which user’s progress was reset
How to track user activity related to xAPI and cmi5 content:
1. Log in as an Administrator or Instructor, and go to Reports > Timeline (1).
2. From the Event drop-down list, select the xAPI activity type you want to track (e.g., [TC] completion) (2).
3. Click the download button (3) to export the report as a CSV file.
