Once an ILT session is over, Instructors must let Learners know if they’ve passed or not. To save time, TalentLMS lets Instructors mass-grade ILT participants in just a few clicks.

A. How to view participants of an ILT session
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as an Instructor and go to Grading Hub (1).
2. Select the ILT sessions (2) tab.
Here you can see all the users that have been registered to your ILT units.
To narrow down the choices, you can use the Filter (3) option to view Learners whose status is still Pending or who have already Passed/Not Passed the unit.
Moreover, you can use the Search (4) feature to search for a specific user, course, or unit.
B. How to grade users en masse from the ILT unit
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as an Instructor, go to Courses (1), and edit (2) the course that contains the ILT session you wish to grade.
2. Select the ILT unit and then click Manage users (3).
3. Select the session you wish to grade (4).
4. Point to a user and click the checkbox (5) next to their name. Repeat for each user until you’ve selected all the users you want to update.
Note: To select all users at once, point to the columns bar and click the checkbox next to the User column (6). |
5. Select Mass actions (7) and then Grade (8).
6. Add a Grade (0-100) (9) and a Comment (10) if you wish, and then select Passed or Not passed (11) to finish grading the users.
Note: The Grade and Comment options are optional. If you do not add a specific Grade, the system will automatically set the score to 100 for Passed or 0 for Not passed for this unit for the user. |
7. Alternatively, select Cancel (12) to cancel the grading process.
C. How to grade en masse from the dashboard
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as an Instructor and go to Grading Hub (1).
2. Select the ILT sessions (2) tab.
4. Locate and select (3) the users you would like to grade or click the checkbox next to the User column to select all users at once.
Note: You can use the Search (4) feature to search for a specific user, course, or ILT unit. |
5. Select Mass actions and then Grade (5).
6. Optionally, you can add a Grade (0-100) (6) and a Comment (7).
7. Then, select Passed or Not passed (8) to finish grading the users.
8. Alternatively, select Cancel (9) to cancel the grading process.
