TalentLMS allows you to send email reminders to users who haven't completed their courses yet.
If you want to exclude some of your courses from these reminders, you can filter them.
Here’s how you can exclude courses from reminders in TalentLMS:
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as an Administrator, go to Notifications (1), and click Add notifications (2).
2. Type a name for your notification in the respective field.
3. From the Event drop-down menu, select the X hours after course acquisition (3) event.
4. Specify how many hours after (4) the user has been assigned a course the email should be triggered.
5. Click Filter by, and select (5) the courses you want to exclude.
6. Toggle the switch to enable the Exclude selected courses (6) option.
After, fill in the rest of the notification parameters, such as choosing the recipients and typing the message itself. Click Save (7) to create it when you're ready.

From now on, users who are assigned to the filtered courses and have not completed them yet will not receive any reminders.
