TalentLMS Notifications are automated emails triggered to be sent to your users, including Learners, Instructors, and Administrators, on specific events. In addition to sending reminders, you also have the option to resend a notification that has already been sent to a user, if needed.
Follow these steps:
1. Log in to your TalentLMS account as an Administrator.
2. Go to Home > Notifications (1) and click the History tab (2)
3. Locate the Notification you want to resend.
4. Hover over the Notification and click the Resend icon (3).
| Note: System notifications (e.g., password reset emails or automated weekly reports) cannot be resent manually from the History tab. Additionally, the smart tag {create_password_url} will not populate in a notification that was resent for security reasons. |
